We want you to love your order. If you're not completely satisfied, we're here to help.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned
- Items must be returned in original packaging where possible
Exchanges
We're happy to exchange items for a different size or colour, subject to availability. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can confirm stock.
How to Return
- Email us at sales@streetstandardco.nz with your order number and reason for return
- We'll provide you with return instructions
- Once received and inspected, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 business days
Refunds
Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow 3–5 business days for the funds to appear.
